Ranking well for "Information about the end of the world" thanks to HitTail


High search result placement thanks to HitTail


This is a short post about www.acreativedesktop.com ranking well in Google for the phrase, "Information about the end of the world". Since this has been a notorious phrase on TV shows, books, and in newspapers and since I myself find it pretty interesting I decided to write this quick post here in the ACreativeDesktop site blog.


In the beginning it wasn't my intent to rank well for this phrase. I received a HitTail suggestion for a certain keyword phrase and created a page from that suggestion.  I should also add that the time spent on this keyword phrase was very little.  To this day I've only created 2 pages with information about the end of the world (animation).   


Not only do I show up as the 4th result in Google for this keyword phrase, but I've been in that position for months now.

So why am I taking the time to let you know?


There's tons of people talking about the end of the world on the Internet so I'm feeling pretty good about showing up on the first page. I will never attempt to claim the first position even though I could with some quality effort. If you check out the page you'll see why HitTail is so powerful!

First off, Stumbleupon is by far the most unique web site that I have ever come across. At first glance, SU does an excellent job of cloaking the tightly organized killer community that is completely focused on the discovering and the sharing of the Internet's great websites.
