I am very happy to say that the people over at Technorati have resolved my problem with that other person that was claiming that my blog here at writingup was actually his. If you haven't read my first post about this subject then here is the link: When I dug a little deeper I noticed this dude with his picture next to all my writingup.com blog entries.

Here is the exact response that I received in my email.

Please accept my sincerest apologies for the delay in getting back to you. We've been experiencing a backlog in support and
are working hard to address everyone. I've taken a look at the issue regarding the illegitimate claim to your blog
"www.writingup.com/blogging". I've confirmed the error and removed the erroneous claim.

In order to complete your claim, after you've logged into your account, please go to:

    http://www.technorati.com/account/blogs/

Click on "Complete Claim Now" for your blog at "www.writingup.com/blogging". Follow the instructions on the screen for the
Post Claim Method and Copy and Paste the code at the top of the body of a new post so that it appears in the blog
    home page.

Go back to your Technorati Account's blog settings and you'll be able to Click "Release the Spiders" to complete your claim
and then configure your Blog Claim. Be sure to save your changes to initiate an Update Ping. Once this is done, your claim
    should be complete!

Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any other questions. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for using
    Technorati!

    Best Regards,
    Janice Myint
    Customer Support Specialist
    Technorati

Now I will try and claim this blog again and hopefully everything will be alright. Thanks to anyone that helped out with some information and thanks to the people at Technorati that responded so quickly.
