How many of the web's 110,000,000 websites have a PageRank of 10?

Google's page ranking for websites on the web is accomplished using a complex, mathematical algorithm developed by the Google wizards themselves.
Easy enough, the name "PageRank" or "PR" for short became the web's most cherished award for webmasters who are on a mission for increasing the quality of the World Wide Web.
There are over 110,000,000 websites according to the Netcraft website. One might wonder how these one-hundred million sites can be so accurately ranked using a simple 1-10 scale.
One question I recently started asking myself was How many PageRank (PR)10 websites are on the web? After completing a little research on the subject, my curiosity increased when I started finding out some of the sites that are ranked with a PageRank of 10. One thing is for sure...the websites with a PR10 are by far the world's most important sites.
