Car exploding while driving down Afghanistan highway (video)

Here's a video of what looks to be a car exploding while driving down the highway in Afghanistan. I'm not sure what exactly happened but it looks as if a passing car was actually a car bomb, I'm not sure though because the person who uploaded the video did not explain the situation or the outcome.
